The Residence Syracuse is located at only 3 kilometres from Marineland. This new residence (built in 2009) is at 50m from the beach. You can easily reach the Marina Harbor (5 min by foot), and take advantage of its restaurants and shops. From the train station of Villeneuve-Loubet Plage (at only 500 meters from the residence), you can go to Nice or Cannes. All the rooms are new, modern, air-conditionned, equipped with a flat screen TV and a large terrace. The 2-rooms apartments, which can accomodate up to 4 persons, consist of a living-room with sofa-bed, kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub and separated toilets, and a double-bedded separated room. The double rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and micro-waves oven. A wide range of services is available at the Hotel Best Western Syracuse, in front : reception desk 24/7, luggage service, closed car park, breakfast, and direct access to the beach.
