  Would not reccomend due to the air conditioning being very poor when we were in nice. we complained to the hotel staff but there was little responce. spoke to other guests and they had the same complaint of the air conditioning not being adequate. breakfast was 12euro if pre booked and 17euro if not booked. i . happy hour was a joke as prices were the same price as here any day. the rooms were comfortable and clean but reception staff coiuld have been a little bit better with the english language, also a little more forthcoming with information and things to do and see. the walk to the old town is agood twenty minutes and in the heat tjis is a long way.

  Un excellent accueil, la chambre est tres confortable et propre. emplacement parfais a proximité de la vielle ville et proche de la promenade des anglais. nous n'hesiterons pas a le recommander a nos amis.

  La chambre 312 ne correpond absolument pas à 4 étoiles mais 2 vieillot !! faire venir un homme d'entretien pour astiquer le tartre de la robineterie et la fente d'évacuation du lavabo !! en réservant à prix dégriffé n désirons avoir un hotel à la hauteur de ses étoiles et non une chambre d'appoint c'était notre st-valentin!!!...
