  Very good hotel, would recommend to anyone, sevvice in restaurant was exceptional as was the cleanliness of our room, lovely crispy clean bed and very comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful. we were rather anxious after having read some of the reports as we were celebrating a special wedding anniversary, but we had no problems and had a wonderful stay at the west end. thank you

  I cannot recommend this hotel because unfortunately the staff i dealt with were unapproachable and difficult to deal with. they need to be more hospitable. our rooms were unrenovated but a good size and comfortable. the bathroom did not have a shower screen which made showering difficult. our deluxe sea-view was interrupted by the enclosed balcony which was dissappointing. we often used the private beach across the road which was very enjoyable.

  Rénovation nécessaire pour l'hotel et les chambres sont voisin le concord westminster lui est, pour des tarifs similaires, en tout point nettement supérieur

  Room very small for the price charged (308)! your swisscom internet service has very questionable timing. if you use the 1st option for the full hour nonstop -you get 1 hour if you sign off and back on again the full time not given and no indication available as time is being used ! -and very expensive !!! a hotel of your quality should have free wifi or business centre internet for de luxe rooms.
