  Could be improved by adding fresh fruit to the breakfast or by having tea/coffee making facilities in the room. other than that it is a very good hotel, close to the train station and about a 10 minute leisurely stroll to the promenade des anglais and city centre.

  The apartment room was very uninspiring, kitchen cupboards were hanging off, there was little or no cutlery and plastic beakers rather than glasses. the room was clean, as was the bathroom, but there was an exceptional amount of building noise that occurred from 8 a.m. throughout the day. one member of staff was dismissive when i enquired whether this would cease. eventually we checked out of the hotel early because of these problems. there was no privacy with privatae rented accommodation overlooking the entire space. very disappointing and extortionately over-priced.

  Beautiful rooms, but the toilet needs to be cleaned and flushed more often(even if no guest stayed in a while), since it smelt. otherwise, it was great.
