	Room location bad.very noisy side street in early morning, every morning. room lighting very poor. lack of adjustable control. television controller largely ineffective, probably needed batteries

	The westminster is a beautiful hotel in a great location. the service (excluding housekeeping), however was horrible. i found them unfriendly, unwilling to help, and generally unavailable. it may have been because we arrived after the high season, but they seemed short-staffed with no concierge to give directions or advice on activities. no one even told us that we could get a voucher for 10 euro parking at the nearby garage. the parking attendant was more than willing to take 25 euros, even though he knew we were staying at the westminster. everything else about nice was wonderful and i don't think that it would take much to make the westminster a wonderful place.

	We were extremely pleased with the westminster, all my requests registered with the original booking were met. having a balcony and sea view was amazing!

	I did not think that the quality of the westminster hotel lived up to the prices charged. the room was adequate but nothing out of the ordinary and the balcony looked like it was about to fall into the road! the communal parts (reception, lounge, bar, etc) were dark and dismal and very unwelcoming. on returning to the room at 3.30pm on the saturday we found that it had not been serviced and this was only undertaken when requested (although it still took another hour!). it was not cleaned to a high standard either - the bins were not even emptied. there was no mention of having to pay extra to use the beach beds - even though "having a private beach" was a feature published on the website. i would definitely not stay there again.

	We were very fortunate in our bedroom. saw other rooms and they were poor.hotel very old and shabby in parts.would only return if we were assured of the room we occupied on this holiday.

	L'offre promotionnelle permettait d'avoir un hotel de très bon standing à un tarif très raisonnable avec vue sur la mer et les deux petits déjeuners offerts. au tarif réel , il est à son prix je pense sans excès . chambres spacieuses , hotel cependant un peu guindé et ancien mais les chambres sont rénovées avec de belles salles de bains.

	Would recommend with reservations - we were in a newly refurbished room with sea view but gather that many rooms still to be modernised. pleased with our room except design of bathroom meant shower tended to flood the floor. all staff we met extremely pleasant.

	Priceless location overlooking the beach, great value for the money and wonderfully friendly staff. some hallways need revamping but all in all we had a wonderfull experience.

	Since there is construction going on, it's obvious that the hotel is fixing itself up. it's an old, lovely building and the carpet is a bit threadbare and the walls are peeling paint in some places, but it's beautiful, the beds are so comfy, it's in a perfect location for everything and the staff were so wonderful and accommodating. very nice place. we loved it.

	The westminster hotel is very well-situated, everything you need is nearby (beach, restaurants, shops…). furthermore, the staff is very nice.

	Una posizione perfetta sulla promenade des anglais dove si va anche a piedi in centro città. la vecchia nizza è vicinissima. l'albergo è stupendo, carico di storia. il personale disponibile e molto cortese. avevamo una camera con una vista mare favolosa ! ogni mattina, il risveglio era una favola.
