  Things in the room did not work and there was no effort made to fix them.

  Nous avions demandé une chambre fumeur et on a eu une chambre non fumeur. de plus, les stores de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas et les murs étaient loin d'être propres, décevant pour un hotel 4 étoiles!!!

  Lors du petit-déjeuner et ce malgré le coup de feu, il faudrait éviter de stresser les clients par des courses des serveurs dans la salle du pet.-déj. et de débarrasser les tables très bruyamment. nous sommes en vacances...

  Very good for a short break - not much cupboard space but an excellent location
