  Hotel trés propre, trés sympa et trés bien placé. trés bon rapport qualité prix.

  Mal situé, aucun emplacement pour pouvoir décharger nos effets personnels, mal isolé et beaucoup de bruits de jour comme de nuit. le petit déjeuner inexistant (un petit morceau de baguette et un croissant pour deux) pour 10 euros par pers. heureusement l'acceuil est chaleureux!!!!!

  Excellent central location for all of nice. staff were very helpful, full of information on local sights and transport links. breakfast was good, although expensive you could eat as much as you like - but quite samey for a stay of more than a few days.

  Hotel stay was fantastic - staff extremely friendly and helpful, great location to access the city centre and old town, close to bus station and tram way. anyone staying at this hotel, i'd recommend taking airport bus 98 for only €4 instead of the taxi. didn't take the breakfast option but there was a brilliant breakfast bar just outside the hotel to the left. couldn't fault my stay at all, would definitely go back and most certainly would recommend it for value for money.

  Great location, great owners. owners were very helpful, room was much bigger than expected. we did not eat breakfast at this hotel. free internet computer was a great asset.
