  Oui pour l'excellent emplacement, non car ayant été dans de nombreux 4 étoiles, je trouve qu'il ne mérite pas sa 4ème étoile

  A 4 star hotel would provide coffee supplies in the room daily, not just for 1 day and then advise the guest to buy more...

  Travelled with another family. we each had a room to accommodate 2 adults, 2 children. pullout sofa poor quality. chair in room sank. airconditioning unacceptable, it must only allow the room to go to the lowest of 80 degrees. we had to open the windows but it was still hot. rooms were outdated. the front desk staff (all of them) were the best! they were very friendly and extremely helpful. and you a very fortunate to have them.
